The present invention relates to a novel Micrococcus antarcticus MC-1 strain, a lysate thereof, a culture fluid thereof, an extract thereof, a composition comprising same, and a skin condition improving use thereof. The novel Micrococcus antarcticus strain, according to one aspect, has the effect of preventing skin aging, reducing skin wrinkles, reducing skin inflammation, relieving atopic dermatitis, and suppressing itching and thus may be variously applied for the use of improvement, prevention, or treatment regarding skin.
