Problem to be solved. To provide a green tea beverage in which an off-flavor of 2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol is masked. Solution. The off-flavor in a packaged green tea beverage is masked by adding 0.1 to 8 ppm of fagomine to the green tea beverage.
