Provided is an ethanol formulation composition, comprising (A) component: ethanol and (B) component: one or more selected from C8-14 fatty acids and salts thereof, where a content of the (A) component relative to a whole mass is 40mass% or more and less than 60mass%, and a pH of the ethanol formulation composition at 25°C is 2.0 or more and less than 4.0. The ethanol formulation composition is preferably configured for a chopping board.
