Problem to be solved. To provide methods for producing a soft capsule having an enteric soft capsule film containing no gelatin. Solution. A soft capsule, in which a soft capsule film having enteric properties is filled with contents, is produced by rotary die type molding, using a film undiluted solution that contains acid-treated potato starch, iota carrageenan, and partially acylated gellan gum and contains no gelatin. The contents of the iota carrageenan and the partially acylated gellan gum can be 27 to 37 pts. wt. and 2.0 to 3.5 pts. wt., respectively, with respect to 100 pts. wt. of the acid-treated potato starch.
