Problem to be solved. To cut smoothly even a soft massive food product into a proper thickness; and to reduce occurrence of such a trouble that a cut food product is misaligned and clogged. Solution. A protrusion (76) in a vertical direction projecting toward the supply part side is formed on right-and-left one side or on right-and-left both sides of a site facing an oscillation locus of a sending-out port in a receiving component (75). Hereby, even if dragging power is applied to a tip part of a massive food product by a cutting blade (82), the position of the tip part of the massive food product is regulated by the protrusion (76) to reduce deformation, and therefore the massive food product can be cut smoothly into a prescribed thickness.
