A resin sheet 2 having air permeability includes a light absorbing agent 4 having antibacterial properties and antipest properties, which is disposed on at least an inner wall surface of a hole 1 bored so as to pass through front and rear surfaces of the resin sheet having no antibacterial properties. A protrusion 3 is disposed on at least one of sheet surface end parts around the hole 1 bored so as to pass through the front and rear surfaces of the resin sheet.
