The composition can be used as a food composition, a quasi drug composition or a drug composition. A content of the Shochu oil in the composition may be 0.01-60 mass% in a liquid composition, and 3-95 mass% in a solid composition. The composition can prevent, improve or treat dehairing, epilation, sparse hair, vellus, soft hair, short hair, reduction of hair volume, reduction of hair tension or hair stiffness due to disorder of a hair cycle, by improving disorder of a hair cycle. Especially, according to the invention, it is possible to efficiently improve shortening of a growth period.
