A rice cooker includes a pot and a rice washing part for agitating water in the pot with air and washing rice. The rice washing part includes a main shaft part extending vertically into a tubular shape in the pot, inside of which an air passage is formed, and an agitation part connected to the main shaft part and extending laterally, which is provided so as to rotate in the pot for agitating the water in the pot, and is configured so as to move vertically in the pot. The agitation part is formed with a supply port for communicating with the air passage and supplying air to the water in the pot at a position deviated from the center of rotation of the agitation part.
