The 2020 is the first year that the state administration for market regulation implement system inspection on health food production enterprises nationwide. Under this requirement, Sichuan province has carried out system inspection on health food production enterprises. This paper focuses on introducing how to organize the system inspection in Sichuan province, the results of statistical system inspection, combing the main problems of enterprises, analyzing the main reasons and putting forward countermeasures. In order to provide experience for exploring the system inspection mechanism of health food production enterprises, and to provide effective technical support for enterprises to investigate potential safety hazards, and then to ensure the safety of health food.
