In this paper, the weight loss control of badminton players as the research goal, using literature, dietary investigation, body composition determination, blood biochemical examination and statistical methods to complete the preparation and implementation of dietary intervention program. The results showed that the body weight of male and female athletes decreased by 5.42 kg and 7.48 kg, body fat content decreased by 3.3 kg and 4.2 kg respectively after dietary intervention, and the nutrient intake remained balanced and reasonable, the goal of weight loss and lipid reduction was achieved in 8 weeks. It can provide reference value for long-term weight control of athletes.
