Beer contains a green color component of green tea that is made green by a greening metal that makes the green tea green by acting on chlorophyll of the green tea. The green color component is a metal salt of an amino acid ion-bonded with the greening metal formed by hydrolyzing metal-bonded protein ion-bonded with the greening metal. The green color component that is the metal salt of an amino acid is a copolymer of an amino acid formed by copolymerizing a plurality of amino acids via the greening metal.
