Equipment for depositing batter for production of flat breads (e.g. Injera. Ethiopian circular, thin, flat breads), crepes, pancakes and other flat breads is described. The equipment comprises a tank to hold the batter, a batter spreader, a bread thickness controller, a batter transfer/transporter and a rotating system, which work together to tranfer tthe batter from the batter tank to the batter spreader which deposits the batter onto a non-stick baking surface, while the bread thickness controller controls the thickness of the flat bread.
