A drinking water bottle with an aromatic member attachment, which enhances the perceived flavour of the water by appearing to simulate the flavour of the scent, is described. One part of the aromatic member is a scented ring which can be attached close to the opening of the bottle, e.g., the neck of the bottle, such that on drinking the nose is in close proximity to it. The interior surface of the flip-open lid also contains material infused with the scent. [From En summ.]
